We would be delighted to arrange Gift certificates for any occasion. The simplest way to give a gift of a stay at A Bear & Bison is to make the gift for a Canadian dollar value so the recipient can decide which room, at what time of year and which extra items they would prefer during their stay.If you would prefer to be more specific we can do that also.

We usually suggest a 2 night stay so that the Gift receiver will have time to relax and really enjoy the Canmore and Banff area and the Inn, but if only one night is what will work best for them then we can make sure the gift certificate is exactly as you wish for.

Please note that we do have a 2 night minimum stay for reservations for Friday and/or Saturday nights. The Inn can be booked well in advance during weekends so if your guests can visit on a weekday there are usually more premium rooms open.

Our Room rates for Winter are $175.00 (Rooms 4,5,6,8,9,10), $195.00 (Rooms 1 & 2) & $245.00 CND (Rooms 3 & 7) plus Alberta taxes of 9%. These rates are dependent on which room they / you choose. The rate includes a fabulous breakfast which can be served room service or taken in the dining room.

During Summer our rates are  $275.00 (Rooms 4,5,6,8,9,10), $295.00 (Rooms 1 & 2) & $345.00 CND (Rooms 3 & 7) plus Alberta taxes of 9%,  and include breakfast, picnic lunch and complimentary cocktails.

• Bottle of wine, choose from red, white or sparkling, served on ice with crystal glasses = $40.00
• A Box of truffles by Le Chocolatier = from $15.00
• Platter of cheese and crackers with fruit = from $25.00

• Chocolate covered strawberries = from $25.00
• Romantic bath products in a Gift Basket ready to use in the Jacuzzi tub = from $30.00

• A bouquet of 1 dozen Roses = Seasonal pricing
• 1 hour massage in your guest room = $120.00 per person

• Bucket of 4 iced cold beers = $18.00

 
The Pricing of the additional Extras may vary from time to time, please confirm pricing upon booking.

Our Gift Certificates are valid for 1 year.

The persons receiving the Gift simply need to call us to make the reservation when they are sure of the date they wish to come. If you do not wish to restrict the season during which they visit, we would suggest that you opt for a $ amount which the recipients can use at any time during the year.

We usually send the Gift Certificate by email as a Word document to the person who has requested it. This can be done with same day service for last minute gifts. You can then print the 4 page certificate on your chosen paper and personally hand it to the lucky person.

To order the Gift certificate we will need the following information:

• Name of Persons receiving Gift

• Name of Persons presenting Gift

• The Canadian Dollar $ value of the certificate, if only the $ value is to be shown

• Number of nights required

• Seasonal limitations - if appropriate

• Any additional items they would like to receive

• Reason for Gift - i.e. Anniversary, Birthday, Wedding, Thank you etc.

• Your Visa or Master Card number with expiry date for payment

• Email address for us to send the gift certificate to.
